By signing herein, I agree that I have read and accept the following terms of the car show registration.Exhibitor agrees to provide show with insurance verification on the aforementioned vehicle within 10 days of the show. Once exhibitor’s vehicle has been displayed, exhibitor understands that vehicle may not be removed until the completion of the show & auction. Removal times and dates will be supplied by show. Show, organizer, producer, auction or the facility where the event is held shall not be responsible for any damage to exhibitor’s vehicle. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless show, organizer, producer, auction and facility against any claim for personal injury by itself or any person and/or minor under the direction and/or control of exhibitor. The Exhibitor hereby assumes all risk and shall be solely responsible, hereby waiving any claim against any third party including but not limited to show, producer, organizer, auction or the facility for any loss or damage to all or any part of the Exhibitor's personal property, which shall specifically include, but not be limited to, the Exhibitor's vehicle, trailer, display, material and/or parts. Exhibitor shall not have any advertising rights to facility whatsoever affiliated with their vehicle position space. Exhibitor is hereby granting usage rights to show of images of exhibitor’s classic car for display and marketing, whether it be print or electronic concerning The Lone Star Classic.
